The company will issue 1.9 crore fresh shares worth Rs 500 crore and 1.05 shares worth Rs 277 crore under OFS. Its price band is between Rs 249 and Rs 263. There are 57 shares in one lot. For this, the investor will have to invest Rs 14,991. Listing will be on 24 September

SME Board IPO

5 IPOs of SME Board will also open. These include Osel Devices, Pelatro, Paramount Specialty Forgings, BikeWo GreenTech and SD Retail Logo, investors will have to invest between Rs 1.18 lakh and Rs 1.31 lakh in this.
