Eyewitnesses present at the scene said that due to dense fog on panel number 44-45 of the expressway, a truck loaded with guavas overturned. A bus coming from behind swerved to the side to avoid the truck, and two dump trucks following behind collided with each other while trying to avoid the bus. In this accident, Harish, an inspector in the CISF residing in B Block, Ambedkar Nagar, Alwar, and a businessman from Jaipur died. Police said that Harish was going to Delhi for duty in his car. Due to the fog, his car crashed into a parked truck, resulting in his death.
