On Tuesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised the quick adoption of 5G technology in the nation and stated that a task force had been established to prepare India for 6G.

Speaking to the nation on the 77th anniversary of Independence Day, Modi claimed that the country is now preparing for quantum computers and that the internet has now reached every village.

"My country is the one that has quickly adopted 5G. More than 700 districts have been reached, and we are currently preparing for 6G. From the Red Fort's outside walls, Modi declared, "We have established a task force.

According to him, technology will have an impact on the entire world, and even wealthy nations are eager to learn from Digital India's achievements.

According to Modi, the government is developing a new program to advance technology in the agricultural industry, as part of which thousands of women in self-help groups would receive training and drones.

"I see a lot of potential in science and technology among our rural ladies. We are therefore considering a fresh plan to introduce technology to the agricultural industry.

"Agriculture needs to be supported. Therefore, we will provide drone pilot instruction and drone repair training to women's self-help organizations. Drones and training will be made available to thousands of these women's self-help organizations. With 15,000 women SHG, we're going to launch drone flights, Modi remarked.

He claimed that the nation's youth have tremendous potential and that the government is developing programs to give them a wealth of chances.

"Today's youth have ranked India's startup ecosystem in the top three worldwide."This capability and power of India surprise the youth of the world," Modi said.

He said that technology is being used by the government to combat corruption.

"Today, every village has access to the internet. The country of India is preparing for quantum computers. Today, farmer-producer organizations are being established, and we'll also produce semiconductors, according to Modi.

The prime minister claimed that while internet data was formerly quite expensive, it is now the least expensive, saving every household money.
