Badlapur Encounter: The Bombay High Court is suspicions, on the encounter incident of accused Akshay Shinde. Though the HC not only raise questions, but even said that this is definitely not an encounter. Another murder in the name of encounter? Or the accused of sexual exploitation in Badlapur, has been murdered by the police itself?

This is definitely not an encounter

After the case of sexual abuse of girls in Badlapur school was revealed, Akshay Shinde's wife also filed a police report against Akshay. This complaint was about forced unnatural sex. On this complaint, Thane Crime Branch was taking Akshay to the Crime Branch office for questioning.

Questions on the timing of taking the accused out

This loophole begins with the timing. See the wonder that after an incident like Badlapur, Akshay Shinde was sent to Taloja jail to protect him from the mob and anger, but suddenly his wife files a report against the same Akshay Shinde. And Maharashtra police becomes so active on that report that it hastily decides to take him out of jail in the name of interrogation.

Badlapur accused Akshay Shinde Encounter

Meanwhile  the culprit of sexual abuse, was alone among four policemen. Despite this, he tries to snatch the pistol from the waist of one of the policemen. During this, the pistol gets loaded automatically. Then a bullet is fired from it. That bullet hits a policeman's leg. Now it was the turn of the policeman, so a policeman takes out his pistol and shoots the accused directly in the head. In this way, the case of Akshay Shinde, accused of Badlapur case, was closed by the policemen. The Bombay Court said, themselves in the moving vehicle before it went to the court. It seems that this is the new trend of justice in the country.

23 September- Crime Branch Office

Though the sub Inspector Sanjay Shinde, who has done more than 100 encounters and has once worked with Mumbai's super cop Pradeep Sharma, leaves for Taloja jail in a police van, with his three junior policemen. The other three policemen in this police van with Sanjay Shinde included API Nilesh More, Havildar Abhijeet More and Harish Tawde. The driver of the police van was an ex-serviceman.

Statement of encounter specialist Sanjay Shinde

According to Sanjay Shinde, Nilesh More, who was sitting in the back of the van, first called him and said that Akshay Shinde was shouting loudly and fighting. Sanjay Shinde stopped the van and sat with the four of them. Meanwhile accused Akshay Shinde tried to snatch the pistol from  API Nilesh More. During this scuffle, suddenly More's pistol got loaded and a bullet was fired. The bullet hit More's left leg. Due to which he fell down. After this, accused fired more bullets. But luckily, no one was hit. After this, Sanjay Shinde fired a bullet from the pistol towards Akshay for the safety of himself and his colleagues. Then we reached the nearby Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Hospital, Kalwa. Where we later, came to know that Akshay Shinde had died.

Accused Akshay Shinde was alone

The question is how did he alone overpower the four? Why couldn't the four policemen control him? Why was he shot directly in the head? According to the FIR, during the scuffle, API Nilesh More's official pistol got loaded on its own and then the bullet was fired. The question is whether More's pistol was locked or not? If it was unlocked, then what was the meaning of carrying an unlocked pistol in the van?  But why was the bullet fired directly in the head? Where will the investigation team get the evidence from?  Will any investigation team get the evidence that can expose the truth of this encounter. The High Court has sought answers and evidence to many other questions related to this encounter. To hear it again after seven days. It is quite possible that after seven days, Bombay High Court will also give a decision on this encounter.
