At a rally on Sunday in the Nirmal district of Telangana, Modi denounced the state's Bharat Rasthra Samithi (BRS) government, calling it the "enemy of the poor."

He went on, "BJP looks out for the poor people in Telangana." Nonetheless, the state's initiatives to uplift those in need are stopped by the BRS government.
