30-Year-Old Woman Allegedly Gang-Raped in Palghar: Three Arrested

A 30-year-old woman has allegedly been gang-raped in the Nalasopara area of the Palghar district, Maharashtra. The horrifying incident has raised concerns about safety in the region.

Police Action

According to a report by ANI, the Achole Police Station took swift action after the woman complained. A case was registered under sections 64, 70(1), and 351(2) of the BNS (specific legal codes related to the case).

Arrest of Suspects

Three men, identified as Narendra Morya (31), Prakash Singh (26), and Panchraj Singh (35), were arrested in connection with the case. They have been taken into police custody.

Court Proceedings
