AAP MLA Naresh Balyan arrested again after getting bail, now action in MCOCA

Aam Aadmi Party leader and MLA from Uttam Nagar, Delhi, Naresh Balyan was arrested by the Crime Branch of Delhi Police last night. He was first detained by the police in a year-old alleged extortion case but was later arrested. The police are investigating the alleged viral audio of Naresh Balyan and gangster Kapil Sangwan alias Nandu.

Delhi Police arrested him again under MCOCA

The troubles of Aam Aadmi Party MLA Naresh Balyan are not reducing. On Wednesday, the court had granted bail to Naresh Balyan in the extortion case, but in the meantime, Delhi Police arrested him again under MCOCA. Today, on Wednesday, after the completion of Baliyan's three-day custody in the extortion case, he was produced in Rouse Avenue Court.

The police filed a new application and requested to send Baliyan to judicial custody. Also, demanded his arrest again in another case registered under Maharashtra Organized Crime Control Act (MCOCA). The court granted bail to Baliyan in the extortion case. But after this, the police arrested him again in the MCOCA case.

Arrest was made on Saturday night

The Aam Aadmi Party called the arrest of MLA Naresh Baliyan a conspiracy of the BJP. AAP MP Sanjay Singh reiterated the court's stay order, calling it a fake audio clip of the BJP. Singh said that in desperation, the BJP has once again made a mockery of the justice system.

At the same time, former Chief Minister and AAP National Coordinator Kejriwal wrote on Instagram, "Amit Shah ji, what will stopping me do, stop crime from Delhi. Will crime in Delhi reduce by stopping me? Will open shoot-outs in Delhi stop by stopping me? Will the women of Delhi be safe? Will the businessmen of Delhi be safe?"

Who is gangster Kapil Sangwan?

Let us tell you that Kapil Sangwan alias Nandu is a notorious gangster, he is currently present in the UK, Kapil is a resident of Najafgarh, Delhi, more than 20 cases are registered against him. Kapil Sangwan is the mastermind in the Nafe Singh murder case of Haryana. Not only this, Kapil Sangwan is also the mastermind in the murder of BJP leader Surendra Matiala. Nandu has been present in the UK for the last 5 years.
