In an interview with ANI following his victory, Sehrawat conveyed his immense joy and astonishment at winning an Olympic medal. Sehrawat also outlined his future ambitions, mentioning that standing on the podium had left him speechless and that he would now focus on preparing for the 2028 Olympics and the 2026 Asian Games.

Athletics and Golf Updates
In athletics, both the men’s and women’s 4x400m relay teams did not advance past the heats. The men’s team, comprising Muhammad Anas, Muhammad Ajmal, Arokia Rajiv, and Jacob, finished fifth in their heat with a season-best time of 3:00:58, while the women’s team, including Rupal Chaudhary, MR Poovamma, Jyothika Sri, and Subha Venkaresan, placed eighth in their heat.
In golf, Aditi Ashok and Diksha Dagar concluded the third round with rankings of T40 and T42, respectively.
