Bengaluru Techie Suicide: The suicide case of Atul Subhash, an engineer working in a software company in Bengaluru, is in the headlines. Subhash has left a 24-page suicide note in which he has raised questions on his wife, her relatives and the court's functioning. He has also clarified each and every allegation in the FIR lodged by his wife Nikita Singhania.
Atul Subhash, a resident of Samastipur, Bihar, wrote in his 24-page suicide note that he met Nikita Singhania through a marriage website. Nikita stayed at her in-laws' house for only two days after the wedding, after which she went to Bengaluru with Atul Subhash.

This was also confirmed by the deceased Atul Subhash's cousin. Cousin Bajrang Agarwal, told that Atul, who worked in Bangalore, was married to Nikita Singhania of Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh in the year 2019. Atul's relationship with Nikita was done through an online marriage website.

After the marriage in 2019, Nikita gave birth to a child. After this, there was a difference of opinion between husband and wife. The wife registered several cases against Atul and his family in Jaunpur. Due to which he had to go to Jaunpur many times.

In his 24-page suicide note, Atul Subhash mentioned the harassment and wrote that after the dowry case was registered, he went to Jaunpur court about 120 times from Bangalore, his younger brother from Delhi and old parents from Bihar. It was written that the person who gets only 23 holidays in a year, has personally appeared in court 40 times.
Through the suicide note, Atul Subhash not only argued with evidence about the case registered against him and his family but also mentioned the harassment in the court process.

Before dying, Atul Subhash said that Nikita stayed with her in-laws in Samastipur Bihar only for 2 days after marriage. In two days, Nikita met her father-in-law only once or twice. On the other hand, in the case of suicide of the software engineer, a case of abetment to suicide has been registered against his wife Nikita Singhania and her family members.
