Badalapur reap case:  The way the news of cruelty against small girls in a school in Badlapur of Thane district of Maharashtra has come to light, protests are being seen all over Maharashtra. Yesterday, trains were stopped at many places, attempts were made to damage government property, hundreds of arrests were made, the internet was shut down to maintain peace and order, and now there is a lot of politics going on in this matter. From Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde to Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut, everyone has given their reactions in this matter, and now the Leader of Opposition in the House and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi has also expressed his anger on social media x in this matter.

Rahul Gandhi said that daughters are not safe anywhere in the country. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi expressed his anger by posting on the social media platform Ek and said that the incident of sexual abuse in Badlapur is very sad. Rahul Gandhi further said in his post that after West Bengal, UP, Bihar, the shameful crimes against daughters in Maharashtra also force us to think where are we going as a society? After the crime committed against two innocent people in Badlapur, the first step to get them justice was not taken until the public came out on the streets demanding 'justice'. Will we now have to protest to even get an FIR registered? Why has it become so difficult for the victims to even go to the police station? More efforts are made to hide the crime than to get justice, the biggest victims of which are women and people from weaker sections. Not registering an FIR not only discourages the victims but also encourages the criminals. All governments, citizens and political parties will have to seriously think about what steps should be taken to provide a safe environment to women in society. Justice is the right of every citizen, it cannot be made 'dependent on the will' of the police and administration.
