1.Meanwhile a delegation of candidates met Bihar Chief Secretary Amrit Lal Meena today. The Chief Secretary listened to them, but no decision was taken. The Chief Secretary said that the demands of the candidates will be considered.
2.After the candidates' meeting with the Chief Secretary, Prashant Kishore said that if the government wants, it can find a solution in 48 hours.
3.Candidates want a solution. They do not want a confrontation. We will wait for two days, but if a decision is not taken at the government level in 48 hours, we will launch a big movement.
4.After meeting the delegation of BPSC candidates, a statement was issued by the Chief Secretary's office. It was said that after discussing all the points in detail, the delegation has been assured. Action will be taken on the memorandum submitted by them. The candidates have been asked to maintain peace.
5.Earlier, the Governor spoke to BPSC Chairman Parmar Ravi Manubhai. The Governor had called him for a talk. The Governor said that he will also call the DM-SP to know on what basis they used lathi. After the meeting, the BPSC chairman did not answer any questions of the media.
6.Prashant Kishore said that on Sunday some policemen were using lathi. We will file an FIR. The agitation is not going to end. We are not going to be afraid. There should be a high-level investigation into the irregularities in the BPSC 70th PT exam. If the matter is not resolved, they will sit on a dharna from January 2.
7.Meanwhile, some BPSC candidates have also opposed Prashant Kishore. On Sunday night, Prashant Kishore went to meet the candidates. MP Pappu Yadav has also shared this video on X.
8.On the other hand, MP Pappu Yadav went to PMCH and met the injured students. He said that he always stands with the students. The government is using lathi. Lathi charge on BPSC candidates is an unforgivable crime. He also targeted Prashant Kishore by tweeting. Earlier, Tejashwi Yadav had also called PK BJP's B team without naming him and had talked about crushing the movement.
9.On the other hand, the left parties, as per their announcement, blocked roads and protested in many districts against the lathicharge on the candidates since Monday morning. In support of the candidates, student organizations and left parties blocked railway tracks in many districts of Bihar. Even though trains were stopped at many places. The left parties' blockade had a mixed effect.
10. The BPSC 70th PT exam was conducted on December 13. 912 centers were set up across the state. The exam was canceled due to irregularities at Bapu Examination Center in Patna. Students say that the entire exam should be canceled, while the commission is not ready for this. The commission says that when the rigging has happened at one center, why cancel the entire exam? Students say that rigging has happened at other places as well, everyone's exam should be taken again.
