BPSC Uproar: Tejashwi- Prashant Kishore ran away as soon as lathicharge happen
BPSC Uproar: An FIR has been registered against 21 people including Jansuraj Party President Prashant Kishore for the ruckus in Patna, the capital of Bihar. Meanwhile, the police also lathicharged the protesting students. RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav surrounded the government in this matter, and at the same time Prashant Kishore has been his biggest target.
RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has attacked Prashant Kishore over the lathicharge on the candidates during the BPSC movement. He said that if we wanted, we could have called a crowd of 5 lakh people on a single call and filled Gandhi Maidan, but this will not make the movement successful.
Tejashwi Yadav attacked Prashant Kishore over the lathicharge on candidates
Regarding the lathicharge on BPSC candidates, Tejashwi Yadav said, 'The way lathicharge is being done in this winter, people should be terrified by it. If the son of an officer or leader was in this movement, what would they have done… Policemen beat up the candidates on the orders of the Chief Minister…
Watching the video has shaken my heart. The power of this peaceful protest and movement was something else. Some people have tried to mislead this BPSC movement. If we wanted, we could have called people to Gandhi Maidan and gathered 5 lakh people on one call, but there was no solution.'
Accused Prashant Kishore of misleading the movement
Tejashwi attacked Prashant Kishore and said, 'BPSC was trembling due to the hunger strike and the government was shaken, but the government came up with a new formula and BJP's B team, who do some political business, were made to stand in the front and the movement had to be taken to Gandhi Maidan. When the beating happened, some people were saying that we will stand in the front, but they were the first to run away.
Government came up with a new formula and BJP's B team
This is a conspiracy to end the movement. We have said this many times and we are not coming to do any politics. If politics had to be done, we would have appealed and called them to Gandhi Maidan to shine our politics.'He said, 'No permission was given to protest in Gandhi Maidan. That area is not for protests. Gardnibagh is the place.

People have been misled so that an FIR is lodged against the students. If an FIR is lodged, you will have to go to jail and the students will not get jobs and you cannot appear in the exam. This is another formula to weaken and mislead the movement, which has been made by BJP's B team. This work has been done on the instructions of those people, but the candidates should not lose courage and determination.'
Why did the area of Gandhi Maidan turn into a student battlefield?
In fact, late last evening, the area of Gandhi Maidan in Patna turned into a student battlefield. Students and police were face to face. The police had not given permission to the candidates to protest in Gandhi Maidan. The entire area was converted into a police cantonment since morning, but by evening the situation worsened. All the candidates started going towards CM House under the leadership of Prashant Kishore as per the pre-scheduled program. When the police stopped them, they broke the barricades and tried to move ahead.
Summary
The students also started stopping common vehicles and blocked the road. After this, the police lathicharged the candidates. Water cannon was also used on them. After the lathicharge, the uproar of the angry protesters increased further. Many students were also injured in the police lathicharge and they reached the hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile police have been registered an FIR against Prashant Kishore and 600-700 unknown people. An FIR has been registered against them for organizing a meeting of students in Gandhi Maidan without permission.
