ED Raids AAP MLA Kulwant Singh ’s Home in Mohali
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) carried out a raid at the home of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Kulwant Singh in Mohali on Tuesday. The raid is part of a money laundering investigation related to the ₹48,000 crore Pearl Agrotech Corporation Limited (PACL) scam.

Search Conducted at MLA Kulwant Singh Real Estate Property
ED officials from Delhi, with the help of local police, searched Kulwant Singh’s residence located in the JLPL area. This location is also connected to his real estate business. During the search, Singh was not at home, but his family members were questioned.
Linked to PACL Scam Worth ₹48,000 Crore
The raid is part of the investigation into the PACL scam. PACL is accused of cheating investors by collecting huge amounts of money through fake real estate promises. Instead of investing the funds, the company’s directors allegedly moved the money to fake companies in different cities.
Raids Conducted at 15 Other Locations
The ED also searched 15 more locations in Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Delhi in connection with this scam.
Past Allegations Against MLA Kulwant Singh
Earlier, Kulwant Singh was questioned by the ED in another money laundering case related to drug trafficking.
