About the List
The 2024 Hurun India Under-35 list features 150 entrepreneurs under the age of 35, all of whom have achieved significant business valuations—at least USD 50 million for first-generation leaders and USD 100 million for next-generation leaders.
Notable Women Entrepreneurs
Seven women are included in this year's list, with four continuing their family businesses. Noteworthy among them is Ghazal Alagh, founder of the popular personal care brand Mamaearth.
Youngest Entrepreneur
Ankush Sachdeva, co-founder and CEO of Sharechat and an IIT Kanpur graduate, is the youngest entrepreneur featured on the list.
Family Ties
Isha Ambani serves as a non-executive director of Reliance Retail, while her twin brother Aakash Ambani holds the position of Chairman at Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited.
Education Background
The list also highlights the strong educational foundation of these entrepreneurs. IIT Madras produced the highest number, with 13 graduates, followed by IIT Bombay with 11, and IIT Delhi and IIT Kharagpur with 10 each.
