The Indian stock market is expected to experience volatility on Saturday, February 1, 2025, as Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presents the Union Budget 2025-26 in Parliament. The Sensex and Nifty 50 may open cautiously due to weak global cues.

The market will be open for a special trading session today as the BSE, NSE, and MCX have scheduled trading to coincide with Budget Day.

On Friday, the Sensex and Nifty 50 surged ahead for the fourth consecutive session, driven by positive sentiment after the release of the Economic Survey 2025.
