Justice Gavai also spoke about Ambedkar’s thoughts on Article 32 of the Constitution. Ambedkar considered it the most important part because it allows citizens to directly approach the Supreme Court if their fundamental rights are violated. This article, he said, protects individual freedom and ensures justice.
