Mukul Rohatgi referred to the verdict and order passed on the pleas filed by Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia Contending that k kavitha was entitled for bail.

On Monday Honorable Supreme Court ,ask responses from the CBI and ED on leader K Kavitha's oF BRS Party, seeking bail in money and corruption Charges in money laundering cases alleged linked to Delhi excise policy scam. The bench of justices B R Gavai and K V Viswanathan agreed to hear Ms Kavitha's pleas challenging the Delhi High Court's July 1 verdict denying her bail in the excise cases.

Supreme Court Notice To Ed And Cbi

Mukul rohatagi Senior advocate appearing for Ms Kavitha informed the bench that she has been in custody from five months. The prosecution complaint have been filed by Enforcement Directorate (ED) respectively and the Central bureau of investigation. He said. that around 500 witnesses in both these cases, has been heard and after this investigation K Kavitha.is entitled to bail.

Advocate rohatgi referred on Supreme Court's passed on the pleas filed by CM, Arvind Kejriwal (AAP) Manish Sisodia.
The Court notice, The court,had granted bail to Kejriwal in same case,involving money laundering case linked to the alleged scam. And Manish Sisodia was granted bail in same the corruption and money laundering cases, which is linked to the scam of Delhi excise policy.

In this response Supreme Court said Bench said We will issue notice,Rohatgi said Will’pray for interim bail’ Not without hearing them (CBI and ED)" The bench, The bench then issued notices to the CBI and the ED seeking their responses on Ms Kavitha's pleas and posted the matter for hearing on August 20.
