Kolakata Muder Case : The Union Home Ministry has taken a big decision amid the protests by doctors after the rape and murder of a trainee doctor at the Government RG Kar Medical College and Hospital in Kolkata. According to the new order by  the Home Ministry, all the states will give information about their law and order to the Home Ministry in every 2 hour, because the rate of is crime in the states rapidly, in view of this the Home Ministry has taken this decision and ordered  to all the states  regarding this, The message has sent to the all state police forces to watch  the law and order situation of the states respective  states should be monitored in view of the protest in whole country. The Home Ministry, in its order, has asked all the states to send the law and order report to the Center in every 2 hour through email, fax or by WhatsApp.This message was sent on Friday "Please send the law and order situation report of the state situation in every  two consecutive hours, in this regard to the Home Ministry Control Room  through fax/email/WhatsApp, In the meanwhile that doctors and other medical staff are protesting in different parts of the country, due to which health facilities are getting affected. All over the nation This protesters are insisting on making a central law to investigate violence against health workers, declaring hospitals as safe zones with mandatory safety rights, this demand was raised by the IMA and  fellow doctor among other demands too, However the crime against  female Docters are increasing day by day, the mother of nirbhya also spoke about this case of Kolkata female doctor rape case, she expressed her anger towards the CM Mamta Benargee

IMA's letter to PM Modi

The IMA wrote a letter to the PM regarding the incident of rape and murder of a trainee doctor at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital in Kolkata on August 9, however this incident has as started the outburst  across the country. Doctors are protesting .in all over nation On Saturday, doctors across the country went on a 24-hour strike on the call of IMA in protest against this incident in Kolkata. After its 24-hour protest, the Indian Medical Association (IMA) has written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. IMA said that 'crimes are on a large scale due to lack of safety measures for women. Hooliganism takes place due to lack of security protocols. This barbarity has shaken the conscience of the entire country.

Brutality happened in the hospital

A woman doctor was brutalized in the seminar hall of RG Kar Hospital in Kolkata. A 31-year-old post graduate resident doctor posted on duty at the government RG Kar Medical College and Hospital was allegedly sexually assaulted on the night of 8-9 August. She was immediately taken to the doctor ,during treatment she died There were injury marks on all over her body. in the meanwhile

Revelation in the postmortem report

In the meanwhile The postmortem report of this case has also come out In this report, the nature of the murder and sexual penetration Was mentioned. It was told that the victim was murdered by strangulation. Before that she was raped. The accused had strangled her twice. She died between 3 and 5 in the morning of 9 August.
