Kolkata rape case: No lawyer for accused,delay in Polygraph test CBI

Kolkata case: This case nature is heinous that is shaken the entire nation, everyday protest of Docters and the medical staff has been shattered the medical facility, no OPD service, only emergency was opened in some places this was also closed in some places, and there was Nationwide strike, afterwards the CBI toke over Kolkata rape and murder case. Even Supreme Court has taken Cognizance in the matter and formed a national task force which will be headed by CJI and given CBI there week time, but now is taking small steps, in the case. Now we will let you know, what is making CBI cautious, in delaying polygraph test of the accused. The CBI is cautious in every step of Kolkata Hospital murder case. Anger against the accused Sanjay Roy is on peak in entire country, CBI understand this well. Because of this reason CBI is sacking his brain how to present him in court. If the accused Sanjay get caught by the crowd while presenting in court. It may be caught by angry mob, The way it happened with criminal Akku Yadav, the same can happen with Sanjay too.

Accused Roy polygraph test

The CBI wanted to conduct polygraph test on Sanjay Roy on Tuesday, but due to no lawyer in accused Sanjay stand. CBI postponed polygraph test, in the meanwhile no advocate wants to defend sanjay, however the legal lawyer has been appointed to provide information to accused about the physical and psychological aspects of the test. CBI cannot do polygraph test without his consent.

What is case of Akku Yadav

This case was 20 years old his name was Akku Yadav and he  was not a small criminal. He was a serial killer and rapist. He had been raped more than 40 women in his life, he was a resident of Kasturba Nagar slum of Nagpur, Maharashtra. He raped wome from 10 years of age to middle age, he has destroyed their life, but people are so horrified of him, that No one was ready to speak against him.  His pot of sins got filled and he was arrested for the first time in 1999. As per sources he was created a havoc in peoples mind that nobody speaks in against of him.  But in August 2004, something happened to him, which echoed for years. when Akku was presented in the court. The court room was filled with women. the women took the law in their hands. They started throwing red chilli on the faces of the police and on Akku Yadav, the women attacked Akku Yadav with knives and stones. They attacked him till he was died. the whit floor of the court room had turned red were blood splatters on the walls.
