Lower court will not take any action on Sambhal Mosque survey report, know what SC instruction are

Supreme Court directed the administration to maintain peace in Sambhal. No action should be taken without the permission of the High Court.

Sambahl Mosque Survey: In the Sambhal Shahi Jama Masjid survey case, the Supreme Court has allowed the Muslim side to challenge the lower court's order. The Chandausi court will not take any action on the survey report until the Muslim side takes the next legal action/challenge.

The SC said that we want peace and harmony to prevail in the area. The next hearing in the case will be after 6January.

Supreme Court instructions

No action should be taken without the permission of the High Court. Giving important instructions regarding the Sambhal Mosque survey, the Supreme Court said that the lower court will not be able to take any action at present.

Four killed in Sambhal violence

Let us tell you that the situation of tension was prevailing in Sambhal since November 19, when the Shahi Jama Masjid was surveyed on the orders of the court. It has been claimed that there was a Harihar temple at this place earlier.

Violence erupted on November 24, when protesters gathered near the mosque and clashed with security personnel. During this, stone pelting and arson took place.

Situation of tension was prevailing in Sambhal

Meanwhile, the local police and the district administration held a meeting with Muslim clerics on Thursday regarding Friday prayers. After the meeting, Imam Aftab Hussain Warsi of Shahi Jama Masjid said, I hope everything will be fine soon.

Shahar Qazi Mohammad Alauddin Ajmali appealed to the people of Sambhal to offer prayers in the mosques of their respective areas. He said, we want peace to be established in Sambhal soon. We have appealed to the police not to make any illegal arrests against us.

Meanwhile report of the Advocate Commissioner is expected to be presented in the court on Friday, where both the parties will get a chance to respond. When asked about the preparations for the hearing, the lawyer of the Hindu side, Gopal Sharma, said that the Muslim side has to respond on this matter in the court. He said that we will decide our further strategy only after their arguments.
