Mahashivratri 2025: The Indian stock exchanges, NSE and BSE, will remain closed on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, for Mahashivratri. This means no trading will take place in the equity, equity derivative, and Securities Lending and Borrowing (SLB) segments throughout the day.

Currency and Commodity Market Trading Updates
- The Currency Derivatives Segment will also remain closed for the entire day.
- The Commodity Market will be closed for the morning session but will reopen at 5:00 PM, continuing until 11:30 PM.

After the midweek break, stock market trading will resume on Thursday, February 27, 2025, as per the schedule set by NSE and BSE.
