Some days back, Mahira attended an award show where she presented an award to one of the winner. As she made her way to the stage, she fell off stage due to her flared gown. After the instance, several celebs and the host rushed to help Mahira. However, what was graceful and appreciating about her is the way she stood up and handled the situation in a dignified way.

In her recent social media post, Mahira shared the reel of how she managed the situation. As Sharma made it to the stage, she addressed the incident and joked to the audience, “Lagta hai aaj girne ka award mujhe milna chahiye.” To which the host said, “Even Jennifer Lawrence also fell at the Oscars and that was quite a moment so it’s absolutely fine.” Mahira then quipped about how slippery the stage is to which the host appreciated how she made a stunning entry. Several actors like Aparshakti Khurrana, Bhumi Pednekar, Nushrratt Bharuccha and other actors present there clapped for Mahira. She is then seen flaunting, twirling and posing in her flared gown.
