Malayalam Actor Vishnu Prasad Dies After Liver Disease Battle

Popular Malayalam actor Vishnu Prasad, known for his villain roles in serials and films, passed away after battling liver disease. Despite efforts from his daughter and friends to save him, he couldn't survive.

Vishnu Prasad was a well-known face in Malayalam serials and movies. Audiences loved him for his powerful villain roles. But behind the screen, he was silently battling a serious liver disease.

Life-Saving Surgery That Needed ₹30 Lakh

To survive, Vishnu needed a liver transplant that cost around Rs.30 lakh. Sadly, he didn’t have enough money. His daughter bravely came forward and offered to donate her liver. The family also started looking for funds.

Friends from Industry Tried to Help

Many actors like Kishore Sathya and Mohan Aiyur tried to help by collecting donations through their group ‘Aatma’. They had the support of Vishnu’s family and hoped to raise the needed amount soon.

Fight Against Time

Despite everyone’s efforts, Vishnu’s health got worse. He passed away before the surgery could happen. His final days were full of pain, hope, and struggle.

His Work Will Always Be Remembered

Vishnu had acted in many popular films like Kashi, Runway, Lion, Ben Johnson, and more. He was active in TV serials till his last days. He leaves behind his wife and two daughters – Abhirami and Ananika.
