Mumbai Powai Hostage Drama: A major scare gripped Mumbai’s Powai area on Thursday after a mentally unstable man allegedly held several children hostage inside a local studio. The shocking incident created panic among parents and locals. Mumbai Police quickly arrived at the scene and began negotiating with the man to ensure the safety of the children.

Police in Negotiation Mode

According to police sources, the man appeared mentally unstable and was making strange demands and asking unrelated questions. Audition Turns Into Chaos

The incident took place at RA Studios in Powai, where nearly 100 children had gathered for an audition. In the middle of the event, the man suddenly locked up around 15 children, causing panic in the area. Authorities immediately launched a rescue operation, deploying police and special commandos to handle the situation.

Commandos Take Control

As per reports, the children taken hostage were around 15 years old. Special commandos arrived on-site and swiftly initiated their operation. One suspect was captured, but it remains unclear whether the main accused has been fully detained or if some children are still held inside. Police continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure everyone’s safety.
