He did not tell us much; he thought that we would be sad to hear all this. He has been tortured a lot. We want the law and order to be correct. My child should get justice.'' Earlier, Atul's brother said, ''False cases were going on against my brother. He gave up his life fighting against the system.''

False cases were going on against my brother- Atul brother

Atul's younger brother Vikas Modi said, "On Monday night at 2.50 am, I got a phone call from an unknown number. That person asked if I had spoken to my elder brother Atul Subhash. I told him that I had spoken to him on Sunday night. He was absolutely normal in the conversation. Then when he asked if he had thoughts of suicide, I angrily told that person, what kind of nonsense are you talking about?''

Atul's brother said - body was hanging from a noose in the house!

Vikas further says, ''I thought this phone call was a prank. But when I checked my WhatsApp, there were many messages from my brother. He had also sent four emails an hour ago. Names and contacts of some people were also given in them. However, despite this, I thought that maybe my WhatsApp has been hacked. After this, when the caller was called again, it was found that he was associated with Save Indian Family Foundation, an NGO working for men's rights."

After this, the NGO informed the police about this. The police reached the house, but did not break the door first, because they thought that maybe Atul was not at home, because his car was not in the parking.

Then the police called Vikas and told him that something had happened to his brother, he should reach Bangalore as soon as possible. When Vikas reached Bangalore a few hours later, he found that his brother had committed suicide. When he went inside the house, his brother's body was hanging from a noose.
