Over 5 Lakh Pakistani Women in India Without Citizenship: BJP MP Raises Terror Alarm

BJP MP Nishikant Dubey has raised a serious concern about national security. He claimed that more than five lakh Pakistani women are living in India after marrying Indian citizens but still do not have Indian citizenship.

Dubey shared his views on X (formerly Twitter), calling this situation a “new face of Pakistani terrorism”. He asked how India should deal with such people who are staying inside the country without proper legal status.

India Cancels Most Visas for Pakistan After Pahalgam Attack

After the deadly terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, on April 22, where 26 people lost their lives, the Indian government took strict steps. From April 27, all visa categories for Pakistani citizens were cancelled, except for long-term, diplomatic, and official visas.

Hundreds Return After Visa Deadline

At the Attari border, Indian official Arun Pal confirmed that 537 Pakistani nationals went back home in the last three days, before their short-term visas expired. Also, 850 Indian nationals returned to India, with 116 Indians coming back just on Sunday.

Pahalgam Attack: One of the Deadliest Since Pulwama

The recent attack in Baisaran meadow near Pahalgam is considered one of the worst since the 2019 Pulwama attack, where 40 CRPF jawans died. The violence shocked the entire nation.

NIA and Army On High Alert

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has been working in Pahalgam since April 23, searching for clues. Senior officials are questioning people who witnessed the attack. At the same time, the Indian Army has launched multiple search operations to find the terrorists behind the incident.

Protests Across India Demand Tough Action

The attack has led to nationwide protests, with people demanding strong action against Pakistan. Citizens are asking the government to take even stricter measures to stop such attacks in the future.
