Operation Sindoor: 10 of Masood Azhar’s Kin Killed in Indian Strike
Operation Sindoor: India’s Operation Sindoor has given a huge blow to terrorist group Jaish-e-Mohammed. 10 close family members of Masood Azhar, the group’s chief, have been killed in this attack. The Indian armed forces targeted terrorist hideouts in Bahawalpur. Media reports say that Azhar shared this news through an official statement.
The family members who died include his elder sister, her husband, his nephew, nephew’s wife, other relatives, and five children. Azhar’s close associates, including one of their mothers, were also killed.

Masood Azhar Cries Over Deaths
According to the reports, Masood Azhar cried bitterly after hearing about the deaths. The funeral for the deceased is said to take place in Bahawalpur around 4 PM today.
Terrorist Leaders Also Killed
In this operation, many other top terrorists have also been killed. Qari Mohammad Iqbal, who was the commander of a terrorist camp in Kotli, died along with 10 other terrorists. Another major figure, Yakub Mughal, the head of the Bilal terrorist camp, was also killed.
Terrorist Headquarters Targeted
The attack also hit Markaz Subhan Allah, which is located on the outskirts of Bahawalpur. It is the main training center and operational base of Jaish-e-Mohammed. This base covers around 15 acres of land and is where the 2019 Pulwama terror attack was planned.
Masood Azhar lived at this location, but reports say the Pakistani Army has now hidden him at an unknown place due to fear of further attacks by India.
Jaish-e-Mohammed: A Global Terror Outfit
India declared Jaish-e-Mohammed a terrorist group in 2001. After that, many countries followed. The Markaz Subhan Allah center was built in 2015 with help from the Pakistani government and funds from Arab and African nations.
