Pakistan vs West Indies: The stage is set for the final T20I between Pakistan and West Indies in Lauderhill, and Pakistan have opted to bat first after winning the toss. Coming off a nail-biting loss in the second T20I, skipper Salman Agha remains confident in his bowlers, believing their performance kept them in the game till the last ball despite defending a modest total.

Pakistan’s playing XI sees two changes — one out of necessity. Star batter Fakhar Zaman has been ruled out not just for this match but also for the upcoming ODI series after picking up a left hamstring strain during the second T20I. The injury occurred late in the match when Fakhar was chasing a ball in the outfield. The PCB confirmed it's a mild strain, and he will return home for rehab under the care of the National Cricket Academy in Lahore.

Also missing from the lineup is Shaheen Afridi, who bowled the final over in the previous game and conceded the match-losing boundary. In their place, Khushdil Shah and Haris Rauf have been brought in to bolster both the batting and bowling departments.

Meanwhile, West Indies are unchanged, sticking to the same eleven that pulled off the last-ball thriller to level the series 1-1.
