Prince Andrew Accuser Virginia Giuffre Found Dead in Australia
Virginia Giuffre, who had accused Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew of sexual abuse, has died by suicide at her home in Western Australia. She was 41 years old.

Remembering Virginia Giuffre ’s Courage
Her family shared a statement saying they were heartbroken by her loss. “Virginia passed away at her farm in Western Australia,” they said. “She lost her life to suicide after living through years of sexual abuse and trafficking.”
Virginia was both a US and Australian citizen. She had been known for her courage in coming forward about being abused by Epstein and claimed that she had been forced to have sex with Prince Andrew when she was just 17.
Epstein Died in 2019, Prince Andrew Settled Case
Jeffrey Epstein died in 2019 while waiting for his sex crime trial. Prince Andrew denied the allegations but settled the case by paying a large amount of money and donating to a charity for victims of sex trafficking.
Her Family and Friends Share Tributes
Virginia’s family described her as someone with “incredible courage and loving spirit.” They said the trauma she faced throughout her life had become too much for her.
“She was deeply loving and strong, but the pain was too heavy,” they said. “Now she is with the angels.”
Her lawyer Sigrid McCawley said Virginia inspired her to fight harder for justice. Her agent called her “wise, funny, and a beacon to other survivors.”
Police Say Death Not Suspicious
Western Australia police responded to a call Friday night and found Virginia unresponsive. She was declared dead at the scene. Police are still investigating, but said the death doesn’t seem suspicious.
Health Issues and Family Struggles
In March, Virginia was involved in a car crash with a school bus. She later posted a photo from the hospital with a bruised face, saying she only had a few days to live. Her agent later clarified that she didn’t know the post would be public.
There were reports of personal struggles between her and her estranged husband, Robert. She was facing legal issues and was concerned about the custody of her three children — Christian, Noah, and Emily.
