Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme 2025: The Telangana government introduced Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme 2025 to support young individuals from disadvantaged communities by giving them concessional loans of up to Rs.4 lakh. The goal is to promote self-employment and entrepreneurship.

Who Can Apply?

Applicants must belong to the following categories:

SC (Scheduled Castes)

ST (Scheduled Tribes)

BC (Backward Classes)

Minority

EBC/EWS (Economically Backward/Economically Weaker Sections)

Income Criteria

Rural Areas: Annual income should not exceed ₹1.5 lakh

Urban Areas: Annual income should not exceed ₹2 lakh

Documents for Income Proof:

Ration Card

If unavailable, submit an Income Certificate from Meeseva

Age Limit

For non-agricultural businesses: 21 to 55 years

For agricultural purposes: 21 to 60 years

Documents Needed to Apply

Aadhaar Card

Ration Card or Income Certificate

Caste Certificate from Telangana Government

Permanent Driving License (for transport-related activities)

Pattadar Passbook (for agricultural activities)

SADAREM Certificate (for people with disabilities)

Passport-size photographs

Vulnerable group certificate (approved by Mandal level committee)

Conditions to Know Before Applying

Only one person per household can apply once in five years

Priority given to:

First-time applicants

Women

PWD with at least 5% disability

Family members of Telangana movement martyrs

Candidates with existing skills

How to Apply for the Scheme?

Register online on the OBMMS portal

Download and print the filled application form

Submit it with required documents at:

Mandal Praja Palana Seva Kendram (Rural)

Municipal/Zonal Commissioner Office (Urban)

Applicants can choose any self-employment activity they are skilled in

Last Date to Apply

April 14, 2025 is the final date to submit applications.
