Delhi CM Rekha Gupta Oath: After returning to power in Delhi after 27 years, the swearing-in ceremony of the new BJP government is going on today (20 February). Before her, Atishi, Sheila Dixit and Sushma Swaraj have been the women CMs of Delhi. Rekha Gupta is an MLA from Shalimar Bagh. She has defeated three-time Aam Aadmi Party MLA Bandana Kumari by a huge margin.
Ministers also took oath
After Rekha Gupta, LG Vinay Kumar Saxena administered the oath of office and secrecy to other members of the cabinet. After Rekha Gupta, Pravesh Verma took oath as the minister of Delhi. Then Ashish Sood took oath as the minister. After this, Manjinder Singh Sirsa took oath as the minister.

The swearing-in ceremony is being organized at the historic Ramlila Maidan in Delhi. PM Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Union Cabinet members, CMs and Deputy CMs of BJP-ruled states, MPs and leaders of NDA constituent parties are present in the program.
