A stampede has been broken out during Pandit Pradeep Mishra's Katha in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, in which many women were injured.  Meanwhile injured people have been taken to the nearest hospital. It is being told that this accident happened at the entry gate of the Katha pandal. It is being told that a large crowd had gathered to enter the Katha pandal. This is the reason why such a situation arose.

According to the information, due to the large crowd, there was a ruckus at the entry gate, after which the women fell on each other. Four women are reported to be injured in this accident. It is being told that such a situation arose due to the chaos at the entry gate.

Police and medical team present on the spot

It is also being told that the local police force was already deployed, but police teams from many police stations have been called. However, no information has come yet about how many people are injured in this ruckus. All those who have been injured in this have been taken to the hospital.

Statement of SSP of Meerut

 Speaking to the media, the SSP of Meerut said that such a situation arose due to the large crowd, it is a matter of relief that no one has been seriously injured there. The situation is completely under control. He told that many police officers, medical team and ambulances are present at the spot. Volunteers are also present there along with the police.
