UFC 319 Live: How to Watch Du Plessis vs. Chimaev on ESPN+
The UFC is taking over Chicago’s United Center on Saturday night with a blockbuster card headlined by reigning middleweight champion Dricus Du Plessis vs. Khamzat Chimaev. Du Plessis will put his belt on the line against the unbeaten Chimaev in what promises to be one of the most thrilling matchups of 2025.

Fight Timing Details
The UFC 319 main card kicks off on ESPN+ Pay-Per-View at 10 p.m. ET. The prelims will stream on ESPN, ESPN+, and Disney+ at 8 p.m. ET, while early prelims begin at 6 p.m. ET on ESPN+ and Disney+ before moving to ESPN at 7 p.m. ET.
Du Plessis Title Defense
Du Plessis (23-2-0), the 31-year-old South African champion, will defend his belt for the second time in 2025. Earlier this year, he defeated Sean Strickland at UFC 312 in a unanimous decision. Having snatched the belt at the start of 2024, he now faces his toughest challenger yet.
Chimaev’s Big Test
Chimaev (14-0-0) enters the octagon undefeated, with three of his last five wins coming via submission. The 31-year-old powerhouse will make his first appearance of 2025, aiming to snatch the title from Du Plessis in front of the Chicago crowd.
