KKR vs RCB IPL Match: The 18th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) continues today after a break, with Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) playing against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) at the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.

RCB is in great form this season, winning 8 out of 11 matches. They are currently second in the IPL points table. A win today could push them to the top and help confirm their spot in the IPL 2025 playoffs.

KKR, however, is struggling. They have won only 5 out of their 12 matches and have 11 points. Even if they win today, their chances of qualifying for the playoffs are low. A loss today would end their hopes completely.

Will Rain Affect the KKR vs RCB IPL Match ?

According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Bengaluru might see cloudy skies with one or two rain showers or thunderstorms today. Temperatures are expected to range between 22°C and 33°C.

Accuweather reports an 80% chance of rain and a 48% chance of thunderstorms during the night. This may affect the match schedule.

The last time an IPL game in Bengaluru was disrupted by rain was on April 18, when RCB played against Punjab Kings, and the match was shortened to 14 overs per side.

KKR vs RCB : Head-to-Head Record

KKR and RCB have faced each other 35 times in IPL history. KKR has won 20 matches, while RCB has won 15.

These two teams already met once earlier this season, and RCB won that match by 7 wickets.
