Women Wrestler Case: The controversial Former WFI President Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, is also accused in the case of sexual harassment of female wrestlers, has been reprimanded by the Delhi High Court today, However Brij Bhushan had filed a petition in the Delhi High Court demanding that the case of sexual harassment of wrestlers against him wiil dismissed. In the high court, while hearing the case, Judge Nina Bansal Krishna said that there cannot be an all-encompassing order on everything at all. If you wanted to dismiss the order on the charge, you could have come earlier. Once the trial has started, now this is an indirect method. Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh's lawyer argued that There was a hidden agenda behind filing the FIR. The lawyer claimed that the complainant wrestlers had a deliberate and punitive motive to remove him from his position as WFI President.

In this case, the Delhi High Court has given two weeks to the lawyer of former BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh to prepare a brief note with all the arguments to dismiss the sexual harassment case and the next hearing of this entire case will be on September 26. Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh has actually approached the Delhi High Court requesting to cancel the FIR and the chargesheet registered against him in the sexual harassment case by 6 female wrestlers. Brij Bhushan has argued that the investigation has been done in a biased manner because only the statements of the victims were considered in this case. His petition states that false allegations have been made against him and the lower courts did not consider his facts.
He has falsely implicated
Former BJP MP Brij Bhushan has also claimed that he has been falsely implicated, the prosecution has done a lot of work against him. All the allegations made are baseless. Let us tell you that on May 21, charges were framed against Brij Bhushan Singh in the sexual harassment case leveled by wrestlers.
