DDA is launching a new housing scheme from November 7th

The application process will begin on November 7th at 12 noon on the DDA website [eservices.dda.org.in](https://eservices.dda.org.in). This scheme is for people from the economically weaker section (EWS) and low income group (LIG). A deposit of ₹50,000 for an EWS flat and ₹1 lakh for an LIG flat is required at the time of application.

Who can apply?

Only those who are at least 18 years of age and do not own any property in Delhi can apply for this scheme. For the EWS category, the family's annual income must be less than ₹10 lakh. The EWS flats are located in Narela, Rohini, Ramgarh Colony, and Shivaji Marg, while the LIG flats are located in Rohini Sectors 34 and 35 and Ramgarh Colony near Jahangirpuri.
