The Bihar School Examination Board is expected to announce the Class 10 and Class 12 results for 2026 soon, with indications that the process is in its final stages.

According to sources, the evaluation of Class 12 answer sheets has almost been completed, while the deadline for checking Class 10 copies was set for March 13. The board has also nearly concluded the topper verification and interview process, which typically takes place before the declaration of results.

Based on past trends, the Bihar Board high school and intermediate results are likely to be declared by the last week of March. However, the board has not issued an official confirmation on the exact date and time.

Once announced, students will be able to check their results on the official websites biharboardonline.com, biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in, and results.biharboardonline.com by entering their roll number and date of birth.

Exam Details

The Class 12 examinations were conducted from February 2 to February 13, 2026, while the Class 10 exams took place from February 17 to February 26. The exams were held in two shifts. The morning shift ran from 09:30 am to 12:45 pm, and the afternoon shift was held from 2 pm to 5:15 pm.

Lakhs of students appeared for the examinations this year.

To pass, candidates must secure at least 33 per cent marks in each subject as well as in aggregate. Students who fail in one or two subjects will be placed in the compartment category, while those failing in more than two subjects will be declared unsuccessful.
