Many people reported problems with Outlook emails. Due to the outage, Microsoft Outlook of users around the world crashed, due to which they were unable to log in to their accounts. Users are continuously reporting outages on social media handle X. According to Downdetector, more than 37 thousand complaints related to Outlook, more than 24 thousand complaints related to Microsoft 365 services and others were registered. Users around the world are unable to use some other services including Microsoft 365 Outlook. Many people are complaining about this on the social media handle 'X'. Microsoft engaged in finding the root of the outage
Meanwhile, the company said on the social media platform X that there is a problem in the services. Immediately after getting this information, Microsoft started looking for the root of this outage. In its post, the company has asked the users to go to MO1020913 in the Admin Center for more information related to this problem. Microsoft assured a quick solution
Meanwhile, Microsoft has confirmed the outage and assured a quick solution. The Microsoft 365 status account posted on X, 'We have identified the likely cause of the problem and reverted the suspect code to minimize the impact. 'We're investigating an issue in which users may be unable to access Outlook features and services. Additional details can be found under MO1020913 in the admin center.
