Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke to Italian Prime Minister Georgia Meloni over the phone on Wednesday. The PM thanked Georgia Meloni for the successful India-EU trade agreement. Both leaders reviewed and positively evaluated the development in bilateral strategic partnership in areas such as investment, defence, security, space, science and technology, education, people-to-people relations and counter-terrorism. Prime Minister Modi congratulated Georgia Meloni on the success of the India-EU trade agreement. Both leaders have agreed to strengthen bilateral relations.
