If you want to convey your concerns to PM Narendra Modi, learn the easy steps here
Many people across the country want to reach the Prime Minister directly with their problems, complaints, or suggestions so that their issues reach the right destination.
Citizens across the country are often frustrated by delays in government work or disruptions in receiving benefits from central government schemes. Often, people make numerous rounds of government offices, yet their complaints remain unaddressed. Now, citizens have the opportunity to send their complaints directly to the Prime Minister and receive a resolution.
This process has been simplified. Any citizen can send their concerns directly to the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) through both online and offline channels.
Today, we will explain how to send a complaint to the Prime Minister and the entire process.
How to Send a Complaint to the Prime Minister
Citizens can lodge their complaints through the Prime Minister's Office (PMO). The PMO facilitates the direct transmission of various citizen complaints and suggestions to the Prime Minister. This allows the public to directly convey their concerns to the Prime Minister and receive a resolution.
How to File a Complaint Online
• To file an online complaint with the Prime Minister, citizens must first visit the PMO's official website at https://www.pmindia.gov.in/hi.
• Select the "Interact with the Prime Minister" option on the home page.
• Then, click on "Write to the Prime Minister."
• Clicking this option will open the CPGRAMS page, where you can submit your complaint.
• After filing a complaint, the PMO generates a registration number, which allows you to track the status of your complaint.
• Documents related to the complaint can also be uploaded to the PMO website.
Other Methods Besides Online
• If you prefer not to submit a complaint online, you can also send a written complaint to the PMO. Mail can be used to do this: Prime Minister's Office, South Block, New Delhi, PIN-110011.
• Complaints can also be submitted via fax. This can be done by visiting the PMO's postal counter or using the fax number 01123016857.
How Complaints Are Processed
Complaints sent to the Prime Minister, whether online or offline, are reviewed and resolved by the Prime Minister's Office. The PMO team works with various ministries, departments, and state governments to ensure action is taken. If the complaint is actionable, it is forwarded to the relevant authority through CPGRAMS. Citizens can check the status of their complaint by entering their registration number at http://pgportal.gov.in/ViewStatus.aspx. The department's response and its details are also available on this portal.
