Vidaamuyarchi Box Office Collection Day 4: Ajith’s Film Stays Strong, Badass Ravi Kumar and Loveyapa Struggle

Vidaamuyarchi Box Office Collection Day 4: Ajith Kumar’s latest film, Vidaamuyarchi, has been performing well at the box office since its release. The action thriller opened with a solid ₹26 crore collection in India. However, it witnessed a 60% drop on its first Friday, earning Rs.10.25 crore. Total Box Office Collection So Far

Despite the Friday dip, the film bounced back over the weekend with ₹13.5 crore on Saturday and around ₹13 crore on Sunday. With these numbers, Vidaamuyarchi has successfully crossed the ₹60 crore mark, collecting a total of ₹62.75 crore in India within four days.

Occupancy Rate Across Shows

According to trade reports, Vidaamuyarchi had an overall occupancy of 45.95% in Tamil shows on Sunday. Here’s a breakdown of show occupancy:

• Morning shows: 37.04%
• Afternoon shows: 54.73%
• Evening shows: 54.13%
• Night shows: 37.88%

In Telugu, the overall occupancy was much lower at 13.29%, with morning shows at 11.43% and evening shows at 14.57%.

On Track to Cross ₹100 Crore?

If Vidaamuyarchi maintains its momentum, it could become the first Tamil film of 2025 to enter the ₹100 crore club in India.

Bollywood Films Struggle at the Box Office

Meanwhile, Bollywood’s latest releases, Badass Ravi Kumar and Loveyapa, failed to make an impact.

• Badass Ravi Kumar (starring Himesh Reshammiya) collected just ₹6.15 crore on its opening weekend.
• Loveyapa, featuring Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor, fared even worse, managing only ₹4.45 crore.
