Ananya Panday opens up about her relationship with Aditya Roy Kapur; says it as 'Private and Special'
Ananya Panday and Aditya Roy Kapur have been romantically linked for a significant period, maintaining a low profile about their relationship. In a recent episode of Koffee with Karan featuring Ananya and Sara Ali Khan, Karan Johar didn't shy away from questioning Ananya about her relationship status. While Ananya didn't explicitly confirm the relationship, she subtly dropped hints, leaving the audience to connect the dots.

During the Koffee with Karan episode, Karan Johar playfully inquired if Ananya had been "Gumraah in love" (referring to Aditya's film "Gumraah"). Ananya responded with a cryptic statement, "Aashiqui aise hi hoti hai (such is love)," alluding to Aditya's breakthrough film "Aashiqui 2."
Karan continued probing, suggesting that denying a relationship is outdated. Ananya acknowledged the importance of keeping certain aspects private and special but emphasized her preference for discussing her professional life. Despite Karan's persistent inquiries, Ananya maintained that they were friends and, echoing Karan's famous line, added, "Pyaar dosti hai," stating, "We're best friends."
In a later segment of the episode, when Sara Ali Khan was questioned about the one thing Ananya Panday possesses that she doesn't, Sara humorously responded with, "A Night Manager," alluding to Aditya Roy Kapur's popular web series "The Night Manager."
In her previous appearance on Koffee with Karan, the host, Karan Johar, had dropped hints about a budding connection between Ananya Panday and Aditya Roy Kapur. Despite the suggestive hints, Ananya refrained from confirming their relationship. The duo has been frequently seen together at various events around the city, and fans have captured moments of their vacation in Europe through photographs.
Ananya Panday, who was recently featured in the movie "Dream Girl 2" alongside Ayushmann Khurrana, is eagerly anticipating the release of her debut OTT project, "Call Me Bae."
Additionally, she is part of the cast for the film "Kho Gaye Hum Kahan," where she will be sharing the screen with Adarsh Gourav and Siddhant Chaturvedi.
