BJP is leading 115 seats in Rajasthan and expected to win a clear victory

After surpassing the Congress, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is leading in 115 seats in Rajasthan and is expected to win a clear majority.

According to official EC data, candidates from the traditional party are lagging, with the total number of seats won at 67, not even approaching 70.

Celebrations among BJP party cadre throughout the state have been sparked by the approaching victory. According to ANI, BJP employees are dancing and celebrating at the party office in Jaipur as part of one such celebration.

The counting of votes for the 199 constituencies in the Rajasthan Assembly Election 2023 began today at 8 a.m. A months-long high-voltage election campaign, a paper leak scandal, a divided ruling party, infighting, and frequent barbs all add up to today.

The exit poll results on November 30 failed to give either the Congress or the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) a clear majority, indicating a tight contest between the two leading political parties, with Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, Congress leader Sachin Pilot, and former Chief Minister and BJP stalwart Vasundhara Raj all battling an intense battle.

According to the EC website, the BJP leads in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Chhattisgarh, while the Congress leads the BRS in Telangana.
