Congress about to launch nationwide agitation for JPC probe into Hindenburg revelations

The Congress today announced that it will launch a nationwide agitation demanding JPC probe into the recent revelations made by the Hindenburg Research about the nexus between the Adani group and the market regulator SEBI The first protest will be held across the country in all state capitals on August 22, where Congress workers will hold demonstrations in front of the offices of the Enforcement Directorate. This decision was taken at a meeting of the AICC General Secretaries and In-Charges here today which was presided over by the Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge

Briefing reporters after the meeting, the party General Secretary in-charge organization KC Venugopal and General Secretary in-charge communications, Jairam Ramesh reiterated the demand for a JPC probe into the ‘Adani Mega-Scam’ in which the Prime Minister is fully involved and in which the financial market regulator has been found severely compromised this is not the first time Adani group comes in the scanner previously the same kind of matter happened in January 24 2023.U S based Hindenburg Research   accused the ADANI Group of brazen Stock price Manipulations in Tex havens accusations. But the Adani Group denied all the allegations.
