Day 10 of the Paris Olympics has kicked off with India competing in shooting events. On Monday, Maheshwari Chauhan and Anant Jeet Singh Naruka are set to participate in the mixed team skeet qualification. The duo will be aiming to deliver standout performances. Following this, the Indian women's table tennis team will face Romania in their pre-quarterfinal match.

Excitement continues in sailing and athletics. Avinash Sable will compete in the men's 3,000m steeplechase round 1. In the evening, Lakshya Sen will battle for a bronze medal against Malaysia's Zii Jia Lee.

India had a notable presence on Day 9 of the Paris Olympics. Despite a loss, shuttler Lakshya Sen remains in contention for a medal. He was defeated by Denmark's Viktor Axelsen with scores of 20-22, 14-21 but will compete for bronze. In athletics, Parul Chaudhary finished eighth in the women's 3,000m steeplechase round 1 and did not advance further. In men’s hockey, India showcased their prowess by defeating Great Britain in a penalty shootout after a 1-1 draw in regular time. In shooting, Vijayveer Sidhu and Anish Bhanwala did not advance to the finals of the 25m men's rapid fire pistol. Additionally, India's boxing journey concluded as Lovlina Borgohain was defeated in the women's 75kg quarterfinals.
