Day 4 at Paralympics: On Day 4 of the Paralympics, India's medal tally rose to seven. Nishad Kumar won a silver medal in the men's high jump T47 final. Preethi Pal also made India proud by securing a bronze in the women’s 200m T35 final.

In badminton, Suhas Yathiraj triumphed over Sukant Kadam in an all-Indian men’s singles SL4 semi-final match. K Nitesh also defeated Japan’s Daisuke Fujihara in the men’s singles SL3 semifinals.
In table tennis, Bhavina Patel won her Round of 16 match against Mexico’s Martha Verdin in the women’s singles class 4.
