Day 8 at Paris Olympics 2024: Manu Bhaker fell short of her goal for a third consecutive medal on Day 8, finishing fourth in the women’s 25m pistol final. Despite holding second place at one stage, Bhaker lost her composure toward the end of the competition, missing out on the podium.

Deepika Kumari Shines in Archery

In a standout performance, Deepika Kumari advanced to the quarter-finals of the women’s individual archery event by winning her 1/8 elimination round. However, Bhajan Kaur was unable to mirror her senior's success and was eliminated in her own 1/8 match.
