Rajnath Singh in Lok Sabha: On the afternoon of today the debate on Operation Sindoor began in the Lok Sabha. This debate is going to last for 16 hours. The Defense Minister Rajnath Singh not only expressed confidence in India's military capability, but also gave a direct and balanced answer to the sharp questions of the opposition. He clearly said that today's India does not just warn against terrorism, but takes concrete and decisive action.

The Defense Minister said, India no longer only sends documents, but goes to the root of terrorism and eliminates it. During his speech, he also said that love or fight always happens between equals. He put forward his point by referring to the lion and the frog. During his speech, Rajnath Singh also mentioned Goswami Tulsidas and Gautam Buddha.

Rajnath Singh statement in the Lok Sabha

During the discussion in the Lok Sabha on Monday regarding Operation Sindoor, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh strongly put forward the government's side. He said that after the terrorist attack on April 22 in the Baisaran area of ​​Pahalgam, India took decisive action and targeted the hideouts of terrorists in Pakistan and POJK.

Now India does not sit silent

The Defence Minister said, "Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India is no longer the country it once was. Now we do not just send documents, we retaliate. India no longer tolerates terrorism, it responds to it and has the power to eradicate it from its roots."

'Air defence system foiled every attack'

He said that India's air defence system, anti-drone technology and electronic security system foiled every attack by Pakistani army. "They could not harm any of our military asset. Our security system was so strong that no attack was successful," he said.

 'Don't ask how many planes were shot down, ask how many enemies were killed'

Eradicates terrorism from its roots'

The Defence Minister expressed displeasure over some questions of the opposition. He said, "Some opposition party members are asking how many of our planes were shot down by Pakistan. I think this question does not represent the national sentiment correctly. They did not ask how many enemies were killed by our soldiers."

'We destroyed the hideouts of terrorists'

Rajnath Singh further added, "If there is really a question to be asked, then it should be whether we destroyed the hideouts of terrorists? And the answer to this is - yes. And were any of our soldiers harmed? The answer to this is also - no. All our soldiers are safe and this is a proof of India's strength."
