Delhi AIIMS: Docters called off strike after request, SC said back to work.

AIIMS Delhi: The Docters of all india medical science and some other hospital Docters are called off the strike after 11 days. Today a brief hearing happened in the Supreme Court, CBI also submitted its status report on Kolkata rape and murder case of a trainee doctor that took place on August 9 at Kolkata's RG Kar Medical College and Hospital. However, lots of heated argument happened in SC. The Bengal government council Kapil Sibal was not ready to accept the question asked by the Supreme Court he was in disaffirm mode. But the CJI raised many cancers regarding the rape and murder of a trainee doctor in hospital, how a sexually assault can be handled in such a light matter, the information in FIR and Case Diary is different, why there are so many irregularity is present in Police report. How this kind of crime can be justified. Even though the Supreme Court said in my 30 years of carrier never seen this kind of incident

CJI asked doctors return to work

The CJI said in today hearing the incident that took place in Kolkata was so brutal in nature and we are also shocked , for the fast hearing and to prevail the justice a National Task Force is formed which will headed by CJI. But we can’t leave to die, for this the situation of our Health system should be on track. So Docters and hospital staff must return to their respective work. There all issues will be addressed, In the meanwhile the CBI told the court that the crime scene has tampered .The next hearing of the case will be on September 5.
