Chancellor. Gujarat University has appointed Dr. Neerja Gupta as its next vice<br />
chancellor. She will take over for Professor Dr. Himanshu Pandya as Vice<br />
Chancellor of the University. At the end of June, Dr. Himanshu Pandya’s<br />

position. Until recently, Sanchi University’s Vice-Chancellor was Dr. Neerja A.<br />
Gupta. Dr. Neerja Gupta’s appointment as Vice Chancellor comes at a time when<br />
the university is receiving a lot of media attention for a number of different<br />

Dr. Neerja A. Gupta
(Dr. Neerja A. Gupta) holds a doctorate from Meerut. She holds a Master of
Philosophy and a Doctor of Philosophy in English Language and Literature from
Meerut University. Between 2006 and 2012, she was associated with Gujarat
University in Ahmedabad. Since then, she has served as the Foreign Education
Program’s advisor.
She previously served
as the principal of the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan College of Arts and Commerce in
Ahmedabad. In February 2021, She became Vice Chancellor of Sanchi
University. Neerja Gupta is a native of Meerut. Her education was
concluded at Nehru Academy Meerut. In addition, she has received numerous
awards and honours throughout her career.
